Spacious lounge with 32' TV and Freeview box and DVD player; open kitchen with adjoining dining area - gas cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher. Double master bedroom with wardrobe, dressing table with hair dryer. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are ideal for children each have twin beds with bedroom 2 being slightly larger - one bed can be fixed on the wall giving more space if for a single occupant. Toilet with hand basin, separate full size shower room with hand basin. Double glazed full LPG gas central heating making it suitable for all year round stays. Patio doors in the lounge open on to a sizeable decked patio area, with table & chairs, great for leisurely alfresco dining with a glass of wine.

Excellent location for an event I was attending at Glamis Castle! Barbara the host was extremely helpful, well equipped and clean caravan. We were lucky with the weather and made use of the decking area. Close by for a trip to Arbroath and Forfar Loch...More

Clean but small for a Party of 6. Well organised and very friendly. Easy to find. Everything you need was in the Caravan.

Immaculate caravan in a perfect location. The site was really nice with every thing we needed. Barbara the owner was very helpful and went out of her way to accommodate our late arrival. We will certainly return.

About the neighbourhood
Situated in the heart of the Strathmore Valley, between the Sidlaw Hills and the Grampian Mountains, Forfar stands in the centre of the Birthplace of Scotland. Forfar is within easy commuting distance being only 20 minute drive from Dundee, with Aberdeen and Perth just over an hour away, beautiful Lunan Bay or Montrose Beach are less than 20 miles drive, an immense area steeped in history and culture. Whisky distilling and great local food, on the doorstep, making us ideal base to experience the countryside with all it has to offer.

A car is recommended, however a local bus stop is situated just outside the Park entrance.

From Dundee take A90 north after approximately 25 minutes turn right onto A932 Dundee Road. We are located on the right signposted Lochlands Mill. Travelling from the North keep on A90 until left exit to A932, we are signposted on the right.
