Little Bay Apartment is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment within a traditional granite building in the pretty seaside town of Oban (gaelic for Little Bay) in the heart of Argyll. Recently refurbished to a high standard the apartment is complemented by luxury and comfort. The apartment comprises of 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin room) sleeping 4 people. A cot is also available if necessary, making this apartment suitable for families and couples. The location will suit anyone with a love of the outdoors with stunning scenery, countryside walks, golf courses and a beach nearby. Sit and watch the ferry's come and go from the luxury and comfort of the apartment. The large double bedroom with kingsize bed gives the same stunning view as the sitting room, and you can lie in bed and watch the boats come and go or just gaze out at the gorgeous scenery of the bay and beyond to the hills of Lorn. The twin bedroom is brightly finished with the same ornate wooden window panels on display. The large kitchen has seating for 4 people (high chair available) with cooker, fridge freezer and dishwasher, and a separate utility room housing the washing machine and 2nd sink. The bathroom is bright and welcoming with bath and traditional over the bath shower and shower screen. A large selection of books and DVD's are available along with toys for the children to play with. As the apartment is situated on the second floor it provides fantastic views of the surrounding areas, but due to their being no lift, this may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. The apartment is within walking distance of the town centre and is located on the perimeter of the town's parking zone. There is metered parking within 20 meters of the apartment and there is free parking within 150 meters.More

About the neighbourhood
Oban is within the county of Argyll and is situated on the West Coast of Scotland. Travel distance from Glasgow is 90 miles and 120 from Edinburgh which both have international airports. Trains and buses depart Oban 3 times daily to Glasgow and there are also 3 journeys from Glasgow to Oban daily. Both modes of transport take approximately 3 hours. The apartment is approx 0.7km from both the train and bus stations. The apartment is within easy walking distance and there is also a taxi rank right beside the stations therefore there would no requirement to travel by car. Oban has 4 supermarkets, Tesco's, Co-op, Aldi and Lidl all close by the apartment and the shops and main hustle and bustle of the town is only a 5 minute walk.
