Bright and comfortable this third floor apartment also offers a stunning view from all the windows to the Carlton Hill Monument (sorry, no LIFT or elevator in this historic building). Situated at the East End of Edinburgh opposite to the Edinburgh Playhouse Theatre and close to local attractions including the Vue Cinema Omni Center, St James Shopping Center and Botanic Garden. Short walk to Princes Street, Waverly Train Station and the Bus Station. It is also well connected to the Edinburgh Airport just 20 minutes away by car and now also connected by Tram from the airport to Picardy place stop just outside the apartment. Once the tram will work the stop from the airport will be just at Picardy Place. Fly to Edinburgh Airport Cheap flights: Ryan Air, Jet2, Fly be Easy jet from most main cities world wide. Airport bus regularly runs between airport and City Centre (Waverly station) as well as the Tram runs from the airport and one of then stops is Picardy Place , near the apartment .
