It is a bright and stylish modern living space with sea views from all rooms.The Royal Yacht Britannia and the cruise liner port can be viewed from the living room.
Secure underground parking is available as well as additional parking outside the flat entrance.
Wheelchair access makes this apartment suitable for people with restricted movement.
There is a good eco-friendly bus service to the city centre (including night bus service) only 300 metres from the flat.
It is about 8 miles (13km) from the airport.
There are many golf courses within easy driving distance of the apartment.

Great apartment with plenty of street parking. 5 minute walk to the bus stop for number 10 bus into the city centre. Bus can take from 15 - 25 minutes depending on traffic. Great views and really quiet at night for a great nights sleep.

This is a comfortable 2 bedroom flat in a modern block overlooking the Forth and harbour. We made a lot of use of the number 10 bus which goes every 10 mins from close to the flat into town, £8.50 buys you a family day...More
