This luxury apartment with private parking space is situated on North West Cumberland Street Lane (a quiet residential area) in the heart of Edinburgh's New Town, is only 10 minutes walk to the city centre, and also benefits from a regular bus service.

It has a large stylish living room with comfy sofas and dining table, and a separate cream high gloss/stainless steel kitchen. The spacious bedroom has zip link beds providing either a superking double or two twin beds, and together with the luxury shower room make this property a comfortable base from to explore Edinburgh from.
The apartment is situated in a quiet residential lane and is on the 1st floor with it own main door accessed by external stairs.

Very clean..great location....All appliance worked well Nice decorations. Comfortable bed ...spacious secure lock Fully equipped with everything we needed.

The apartment was a fantastic place to stay. Well set out and in a nice quiet part of the city. Central to all the things you want to see, whether by walking or catching public transport. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

About the neighbourhood
The apartment is within a Grade A Listed Georgian Terrace in Edinburgh's prestigious New Town, which has been designated a World Heritage Site. In a quiet residential area guests can enjoy the peace and tranquility whilst being within an easy walk of Princes Street in the very heart of the city of Edinburgh and only a couple of minutes walk from the fashionable district of Stockbridge, with its jumble of antique shops and second-hand bookstores, and its vibrant cafe and restaurant atmosphere. There are many local grocery stores, restaurants, pubs and supermarkets within a few minutes walk of the apartment.
Getting around
Most of the sights are within walking distance with Princes Street only 10 minutes away. The apartment is 2 minutes walk from most of the bus routes

How to get there
By Plane...
The Edinburgh airport has 40 airlines flying into it and serves 90 destinations, and several daily connecting flights from the major London airports (cheap deals from BA, BMI and Easyjet).
Once at the airport there is a very efficient bus which goes from the airport to Waverley Train Station and costs £4 single and £7 open return.

Then it's a short taxi ride or a 15 minute walk (see below for walking route instructions).

Alternatively there is a tram every 8-12 minutes, taking approximately 30mins (getting off at Princes St) and costing £5 single and £8 return. It is then a 10 min walk to the apartment

A taxi direct from the airport will cost approx £20-£25.
