Decorated with beautiful antiques, the air-conditioned rooms at Claremont House are very spacious with bed and lounging areas. All rooms have modern flat screen TVs and a selection of DVD's for guests use. Each benefits from pretty views of the surrounding area.

The Claremont House is situated in wide tree lined street in the conservation area of The Grange. Only 20 minutes walk to the city centre. The beauty of staying here is that you can return to an oasis of calm after a busy day in the city. We are surrounded by rolling hills and walks only minutes from our doorstep. We have views from the rooms of Blackford Hill and close by is Arthur Seat. No need to take the car just park free at the guest house and catch a bus just 50 metres from the doorstep. Only 10 minutes walk to the meadows parkland and walk directly through the park into the cities Historical Old Town. We have a regular bus service into the City centre and The Royal Mile. You are a short ride away from all major attractions .
