2 bedroomed 2nd floor modern flat, with off street parking for 2 vehicles, in a quiet area, close to the vibrant waterfront area in Leith, famous for the Royal Yacht Britannia, and a wide range of pubs and good restaurants. Access to the apartment block is a via a secure communal entrance door. I bedroom is en suite. Excellent 24 hour bus services to central Edinburgh (10 mins). Excellent location for Edinburgh Festival Venues, general sightseeing and for visiting the country around Edinburgh itself. It's nice and quite at night whilst central Edinburgh can be fairly frantic especially around the Edinburgh Festival and other major events.

Leith is about 1 mile from Edinburgh City Centre. It is full of old buildings and modern restaurants catering for all tastes. The location is ideal for someone visiting the museums and other facilities in Edinburgh, but Leith itself is an attractive place to walk and visit. The Royal Yacht Britannia is moored there (and open to the public) and there is a large shopping mall beside it.

Direct bus service from Edinburgh Airport to Ocean Terminal every 10 minutes. Numerous bus services from Prince's St (beside Waverley station). to Leith. Get off at Kings Wark pub on the Shore, Leith. If driving access to the property is off Bernard St, Leith. A taxi from Edinburgh airport will take around 30 minutes. A taxi from Waverley station will take about 10 minutes.
