This central apartment is in Grindlay Street which is great city centre location close to eveything Edinburgh has to offer.. The flat forms part of an old Edinburgh tenement building which is surrounded by local shops, restaurants and pubs. This second floor apartment ( there are stairs ) comprises of 2 bedrooms,one double (with en suite) and one twin, bright lounge with dining area, small fully equipped kitchen and a main bathroom with shower. Please note that there is no parking space with the flat and city centre parking is expensive. The property is situated to the rear of the building so although close to all amenities it is still a quiet location. For pretty much the same as you'd pay for 2 rooms in a budget hotel you can have this luxury apartment - why would you not? Directions from the owner were good, the postcode takes you right outside with a sat nav. I was warned...More

The apartment is situated close to both Haymarket and Waverley Train Stations. Both are within walking distance if your cases aren't too heavy!

Edinburgh airport is approx 30 mins away by cab (depending on rush hour traffic) . You can also use the trams to get within walking distance of the apartment and an Airport bus service 100 is also to be found close by.

Bringing your car is not be recommended as the flat has no parking space and close by NCP car parking is pricey.
