This beautifully presented two storey town house sits in a quiet cull-de sac in a residential part of town. The property boasts a bright and spacious lounge with a gas stove, that leads to dining area with seating for six and a door leading to a courtyard garden. There is a fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar that can be accessed from the dining area and the hall. There is also a cloak room toilet on the ground floor. The sleeping accommodation is all on the first floor, there are two twin bedrooms and one single bedroom, which has a door leading to a roof terrace with views to the North over the town, there is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Real Home from home, everything you need for a really comfortable stay. Superb home a short walk to St Andrews town centre. Spotless ,dog friendly accomodation. Steven the property manager is extremely helpful. Book you will not be disappointed with this first class accomodation.
