The apartment comprises a generous open plan living, kitchen and dining space together with two bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room and a family bathroom. Both bedrooms can be configured as either a king size double or a twin. Its' quiet location in the heart of the town centre means that a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants are on your doorstep. The kitchen is very high specification with Siemens appliances throughout. These include a four zone induction hob, stainless steel oven, combi-ovenmicrowave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine,..etc. There are two bar stools at the breakfast bar and a dining table for 6/8. The living area is bright and spacious with comfortable sofas. There is a large flat screen TV with satellite facilities available. Bedroom 1:- Good sized double/twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes including ample hanging space and a chest of drawers. Large en-suite shower room with walk in shower. Bedroom 2:- Good sized double/twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes including ample hanging space and a chest of drawers. Bathroom:- There is a luxury modern bathroom with WC,WHB and shower over bath. Additional information:- All gas and electricity costs are included Luxury linen and towels are provided GCH, WiFi, BT TV, 1 reserved parking space. May we respectfully advise there is no lift/elevator in the building and there are four short flights of stairs to climb leading to the apartment.More

There is nowhere quite like St Andrews. It has world renowned golf courses, miles and miles of sandy beaches, fabulous coastal walks, world-class restaurants and the history of being an esteemed University town. There is something for everybody here. There are about 30 golf courses within 15 miles. The restaurants in the town are numerous and of excellent quality. Similarly excellent quality is to be found amongst the local shops, with a range of independent boutiques and artisan traders selling unique labels and fresh local produce from St Andrews and the surrounding area. There are music and art festivals held locally during the year.
