On arrival In St Andrews the apartment is accessed from Argyle St. Parking is on Argyle St. Enter the property down the lane through the back garden. Access is through the back door into a hall which is very spacious for storing clubs etc.

Bedroom 1: To the right is the first bedroom with a a double bed. This room is very spacious with a large wardrobe and chest of drawers. The view from the window is to the back garden.

Family bathroom: This is to the left of the hallway as you enter through the back door and is complete with bath, shower and wash hand basin.

Lounge/dining room: Just around the corner to the left of the back door you will find this lovely room, which is extremely spacious with windows at either end. The lovely bay window to the front of the room looks out over the front garden and the Brae. The dining table seats 5. T...
