This is a grand Georgian 5 double bedroom house with original preserved period features. A property of this type is very rarely available in Glasgow, particularly one of this size and near central location, just minutes drive from George Square and Merchant City!
Please note that this house is not suitable for parties. Immediate eviction if more than 10 occupants in the house, unless permission is sought beforehand.
There is Bellgrove train station 5min walk away which takes you directly into the city center (Queen street station, useful to get into Edinburgh) within 3 or 4 minutes.There are also private cab company's in the area which are very reasonably priced (£4 into central glasgow!)

Quiet, residential area. There is an operative neighbourhood watch so it is very safe and friendly!

There are an abundance of cafes, shops, pubs and restaurants a short walk away (Duke Street). You will not struggle to find a bite to eat or drink at your doorstep!

There's a Tesco and Morrisons a 5min drive away from the house.
If you're not bringing a car then there are two slightly smaller supermarkets 8min walking distance (Lidl and Co-op). Please ask for directions upon arrival, or opt for google maps!
