No7 is located centrally in Aviemore. It has been upgraded and modernised to include central heating and a multi fuel stove. The cottage is just a five minute walk from all the amenities Aviemore has to offer, from restaurants and shops to the Victorian railway station making it perfect for those arriving in Aviemore by train or public transport.
Please note that both bedrooms are upstairs and the stairs are quite steep, which could cause problems for those with mobility issues.

A really great base for walking in the area, with Loch Morlich and Glenmore forest providing some great walks with our dog Meg!. The cottage is really lovely to come back to, very cosy with wood burning stove and everything you need provided. Will definitely return.

Cosy. That was our all-important first impression. We arrived in the evening after a couple hours driving and the cottage was so cosy! It is comfortably and contemporarily furnished. We never felt like it was someone else’s home! The kitchen has everything anyone could need and it was scrupulously clean. The utility room was perfect for our dog’s meal-time and...

Perfect location 10mins from pubs and shops,this holiday cottage has everything you need,we booked this after finding out they allow dogs,the garden is all enclosed so perfect for our dog.Graham the owner kept us informed with emails as our holiday approached.Would recommend this holiday let to all my friends.Hopefully we can book again in the near future,once again thanks again...
