With large south facing, sunny, double windows, the flat enjoys a view across the city centre roof tops and church spires to the hills beyond. This cosy and very comfortable apartment has been renovated to a high standard and provides everything you need. The accommodation is situated on the first floor in a traditional scottish 'tenement' building and is accessed via a secure communal entrance.

Access to the apartment and all amenities are solely for the use of our guests and includes, double bedroom, bathroom and compact but well equipped kitchen opening onto the living/dining area. We will meet our guests on arrival to provide keys and information about the flat. We live about 1 mile away so we are on hand if required. Once your booking has been confirmed, you will be able to access our 'manual' which provides information about where to eat, visit and other helpful information. It will also be emailed to you nearer the date of your visit. Detailed directions to Brae Apartment will be provided.

The River Ness is a 5 minute walk away, and is lovely for an evening stroll or to catch a movie or show at Eden Court Theatre and Cinema.

A number of venues offer contemporary and traditional music throughout the week with special concerts organised during the summer months.
