This elegant, well-proportioned three bedroom town-house is suitable for 6 guests. The original house dates from the circa 1907 and was converted into a separate house and town-house in the 1960’s. Internally the property is in excellent condition, being fully refurbished in 2015, while retaining all woodwork as originally installed most with original finishes, the notable exception is the wooden floor which has been sanded back and refinished. Also retained are the original period features particularly the stained glass on external windows and within the internal doors, also cornice work, fireplaces and sash and case windows. This is a unique building.

Category B listed with Historic Scotland Statutory List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest.

Central, 5 minutes walk from station and town center. Beautifuly decorated to a 5 star standard lots of original features. Beautiful stained glass windows, doors wooden flooring gorgeous fireplaces. Comfortable beds, kitchen has everything you need. It’s a home from home, very cozy and inviting.

Within minutes of many glorious sandy and quiet beaches such as Lossiemouth and Roseisle or just a short drive from the Cairngorms with their rugged mountains, glens and rivers. There are many historic sites to visit including National Trust properties such as Brodie Castle, Fort George, and Spynie Palace to name a few. There are numerous golf courses suitable for all abilities, the Elgin leisure centre with swimming pool and ice rink, sailing in Findhorn or fishing on the Spey, skiing at the Lecht, Cairngorms and Nevis within easy reach.

Railway: Elgin: 0.5 km
By Road:
If you are you are travelling by road, follow the A9 north of Perth, and turn right onto the A95 after passing Aviemore. This will take you through breath-taking scenery down the Spey Valley, through Aberlour and Craigellachie follow the A941 and onto Rothes before you reach Elgin.
Alternatively, from Inverness or Aberdeen, follow the A96, which passes through Elgin. The east coast rail line to Aberdeen is extended onwards via Elgin and then to Inverness.

By Air
Inverness Airport is only forty a minute drive away and Aberdeen about 90 minutes.
Elgin is approximately 125 miles from Perth, 170 miles from Edinburgh, 190 miles from Glasgow and 590 miles from London.
