Atholl Place is a listed Georgian crescent situated in the centre of Perth. It is fabulously located overlooking the North Inch park and River Tay. The Concert Hall, shops and restaurants of Perth are just a few minutes walk away. There are two reserved parking spaces on Atholl Place itself for exclusive use of our guests.

The house was built in 1797 during the reign of George III whilst Perth was leading the way in Scottish architecture.

The house was completely restored to its former glory in 2012 and now contains all modern conveniences, whilst still retaining its original period features. It has 4,500 square feet of living space over four floors.

Stayed for Hogmanay break with large group of friends including small children. Comfortable, homely feel with everything you need. Plenty of space and excellently placed for the park and city centre. Games rooms and large dining/living spaces were perfect for our family New Year party. Recommended!

The location was perfect for our children as they were playing at the Perth Concert hall over the weekend of the 24-25th Nov. Very comfortable throughout. Will definitely use again

We offer weekend and short breaks. As our cleaning and laundry costs are fixed for any length of stay, our prices are more competitive for longer bookings but please enquire and we will do our best to offer you a competitive price to fit your arrangements.

Payment is accepted by bank transfer, Paypal or cheque. A deposit of 20% of the rental is payable on booking. Provisional bookings are held for 7 working days only. The balance of the rental is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings made less than 6 weeks in advance, the total amount is payable on the booking.

About the neighbourhood
Perth itself is easily accessible from all of the major transport hubs in Scotland. The city has some fantastic restaurants, all just minutes' walk from the house, with a wide selection to suit all tastes. For casual dining or a drink out, there are some excellent pubs, both in the city centre and just outside of Perth.The house itself is situated on the North Inch, an extensive park situated between the city and the River Tay. There is a lovely walk along the river bank and the park also has its own golf course and sports facilities. The house looks across the park and the upstairs bedrooms have clear views of the river.Perth has all of the shops you would expect for a city and, with the high street just about 2 minutes walk away, it is easy to pick up provisions during your stay.... more
Getting around
The centre of Perth is an easy walk from the house - the high street is just a couple of minutes away. We recommend a car if you plan to explore the surrounding area but it is not essential. Perth train station, which is just a 10-15 minute walk from the house, is well served by all the major Scottish cities. There are direct trains through to London and connections in either Edinburgh or Glasgow to many other destinations. For local travel there is a bus stop directly outside the house.

The nearest international airport is Edinburgh (about 40 minutes' drive). Glasgow airport is only about an hour away. Dundee also has a small airport serving London, Belfast and Birmingham. There are direct services to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Dundee and Inverness.Public transport is Perth is good with a regular bus service operating around the city and to the nearby towns.
