Your cottage comes fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay including a full kitchen with washer/dryer, fluffy towels and crisp linens. There is a private patio area and ample grounds to enjoy. We welcome families and couples alike and with 2 large bedrooms, there is ample space for everybody to enjoy! We offer 4 cottages all with a similar layout and decor. Linlithgow holiday cottage

Lovely cottage in great location. Everything you could need in the cottage with friendly and accommodating owners. Loads to see and do nearby. Too much in 1 week. Will be back and won't hesitate to book this cottage again.More

We are located just a mile and a half from the historical town of Linlithgow and it's beautiful royal palace and scenic loch. Linlithgow also has a canal centre with canal boats running to the famous falkirk wheel! and the nearby Kinneil railway for a ride on a steam locomotive! Blackness castle, Hopetoun house and Beecraigs country park are all close by for a fun day out with the family and an abundance of shops, cafes, restaurant and bars to keep everybody happy! Within 1 hour drive of the cottage you can enjoy day trips to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Loch Lomond, the Kelpies, Stirling Castle,the seaside towns of North Berwick and St Andrews and the East neuk of Fife. With our centrally located location, everything is within easy reach!
Getting around
As well as being located close to the train station and the motorways to take you quickly and efficiently all over Scotland, we are lucky enough to enjoy numerous cycle runs and quiet country roads on our doorstep. Many guests like to bring their cycles and enjoy the canal network which is famous in this area.
