The James Joyce is located on the ground floor and has the same beautiful features such as the high ceilings, coving and marble fireplaces. This apartment sleeps 6 with 2 double beds in the main bedroom and a pull down sofa bed in the living area for 2 also which means it can sleep 6 in total. The Samuel Beckett was our first apartment that we developed and has a more modern feel to it but provides every comfort and convenience that you would expect of a luxury holiday let. There is a double and a single bed in the main bedroom and a double pull down sofa bed in the main living area which allows for a total of 5 people to sleep comfortably. Our Molly Malone studio sleeps 2/3 people comfortably and is the ideal location for exploring the city of Dublin. There is a double bed and a pull down sofa bed that's suitable for 1 person. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is free WiFi. There is TV/DVD as well as a power shower in the bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen in every apartment and dining area that will cater for all guests and the bathrooms are spacious and modern. For anyone considering an extended stay they can be guaranteed to enjoy all the comforts of home. A cot can be provided upon request. These apartments have been lovingly restored to a very high degree while retaining a lot of the original features to provide a classic and extremely luxurious stay. All are luxury apartments with all the comforts of home. It is a wonderful location close to all the attractions and sights while being a relaxing bright and spacious apartment to come home to at the end of the day. The apartment is in a beautiful large red brick Victorian building on a tree lined street. Within easy reach of the famous Temple bar area as well as the fabulous restaurants, museums, parks, Trinity College and Library, Farmleigh House and of course shopping that Dublin has to offer. Easy walk to numerous bus stops and train stations that will connect you with the Luas which will connect you with all of Dublin. There are also a number of great restaurants and pubs within a 10 minute walk from the apartment which we can highly recommend. You can visit a local pub called the Cobblestone just a short walk away that provides traditional Irish music for your entertainment and is a great night out. We provide a welcome pack with the basics such as bread and milk etc to get you on your feet. There is a major supermarket within a 5 minute walk so you will never run out of essentials. All mod cons are provided and there is linen and towels freshly laundered for your use. For anyone considering exploring Ireland further there is a car hire company close by and Heuston Station is approx 15-20 minute walk. The famous Guinness Storehouse is close at hand as well as the Jameson Distillery both of which run tours regularly and are worth a visit. Dublin is also renowned for it's famous Temple bar area for entertainment which is a bus ride away. For art lovers the Irish Museum of Modern Art is 15 minutes away and the National Museum of Ireland is 10 minutes away. Trinity College, Kilmainham Gaol, Ryan's Victorian Pub, St. Patricks Cathedral, are just some other of the many wonderful attractions that are available. For a small fee we can provide an airport transfer if requested and for anyone hiring a car there is free on street parking right outside the house. All utilities and WiFi are included in the price also. We hope we have provided enough information here for you but please don't hesitate to contact us if you need any further details.

Well located and very very good
My wife and I stayed here for five nights. While we chose to walk to and from the city public transport is at the front door. There are good eating options within a ten minute walk (try L Mulligan Grocer and Grano). Supermarkets are around the corner. The apartment is well equipped and was presented to us in a spotless state. Highly recommended.

A perfect base for a short stay in Dublin
This is a beautiful large, light and airy apartment which had everything we needed for our 3-day stay in Dublin. It is located in a lovely area quite close to Phoenix Park but the centre of Dublin is easily accessible by a very frequent reliable bus service, although we walked into Dublin on 2 occasions which only took us 20 minutes. The apartment itself is very spacious and very clean. It has been recently renovated but still retains many of it's lovely victorian features. Liam & Fiona are excellent hosts who provided us with all the information we needed prior to our stay. They also contacted us during our stay to check that we had settled in and to ensure that everything was okay. We couldn't have asked for more and we would certainly stay here again on any future visits to Dublin. Thank you Liam & Fiona.

Warm and Welcoming Lovely Apartment
We stayed in the WB Yeats apartment which is in a building with about 6 other apartments. The space is beautiful with high ceilings, original features but also an updated kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom has a double and a single bed, and the 2 couches in the living room are also beds.Phoenix park is about 8 minutes walk away, a bus to the city centre is right outside, and there is a Tesco and Lidl store within a block. We enjoyed the neighbourhood and glad that some more of the housing is being restored. The rental process was very easy, the owners responsive, and our stay in the apartment was a highlight for the family.

About the neighbourhood
This street is a beautifully tree lined street which runs right up the the entrance of the Phoenix Park. This park is the largest urban park in Europe and houses Dublin Zoo and the presidential home and offices as well as a children's playground. It is a wonderful park to visit and spans over 1750 acres. The street also has beautiful Victorian red bricked houses all along it which date back to the 18th century so it really is a taste of old Dublin. There is a major supermarket just 3 minutes walk as well as a pharmacy, bakery, coffee shops, bars, restuarants and many other amenities all within easy walking distance.
Getting around
Guests can reach the city centre on foot in about 30 minutes. There is an excellent bus service right outside the front door and will reach downtown in 10 - 15 minutes. Buses are very regular and we recommend getting a Leapcard to make travelling by public transport easier.

How to get there
We are located around 12km from Dublin airport and it can be reached by public transport by getting the Airlink 747 bus to O'Connell Street and then get the 46a bus (get on at the GPO side of the street) to the Hanlon's corner stop or the Drumalee estate stop. We are located just across the road at 151 and the house has a red door so it's easily identified. An airport transfer can be arranged for a fee upon request. Parking is free on street in front of the house. There is an excellent bus service right outside the front of the house which means guests can be in the city centre in 10-15 minutes or less. We recommend getting a Leapcard which makes travelling on public transport easier
