This two bedroom apartment is located in the heart of the Grand Canal area in Dublin 4. The living space looks immediately over the River Liffey out towards the 3 Arena and the Dublin Convention Centre. The apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It has just been refurbished to include a full new bathroom and modernised kitchen. It is in the heart of Dublin's financial district making it an ideal location for corporate lettings. The Dublin Convention Centre are within walking distance of Dublin's tech hub Silicon Docks making it an ideal location for delegates visiting either. The fully equipped kitchen comes with all utensils required. There is an open plan dining/living room with Virgin Media high speed internet and multi-channel TV. This was a great base for our week in Dublin. It is an easy 15/20 minutes walk from the heart of the city, but there are frequent buses along Pearse Street/ Ringsend Road for anyone who would rather ride. The flat is on the 4th...More
