16 The Willows is a beautiful town house situated in one of the nicest areas in Tralee. Nestled under the watchful eye of the Stacks Mountains on the south side of Tralee Town. The house is situated in a tidy little cul de sac of only 16 houses. To the front there is a well maintained central green area with mature trees including an ancient Weeping Willow tree which lends its name to the development. No 16 is a corner house and has off street parking for 2 cars directly out front. Having been extensively renovated in 2017 it has been freshly painted throughout and now has tiled floors downstairs. There is electric heating throughout and also a wood burning stove in the living room. The living room has comfortable leather seating for 6 people and boasts a large 43'' Smart flat screen TV with Netflix, local and satellite channels with internet access and free wifi. There is a large patio to the rear which catches the early sun perfectly. Bespoke garden furniture made from recycled wood adds to the charm. There is a brick built in Bar-b-que. Your hosts Ted, Catherine and Conor are from the area and are dedicated to making your stay as enjoyable as possible. We are very proud of our house and hope you will be happy here too. This is our first year as hosts and we are really looking forward to meeting our guests and making new friends. As a family we have worked tirelessly preparing our home to the highest possible standard. Our son Conor who is 7 years old has given us lots of help and has cost us a small fortune in sausage rolls !! Conor is the chief Architect of 'Willow Castle' kids play house and is responsible for the design and testing of the children's play facilities! He is especially proud of his 'Willow Fairy Garden' and hopes the fairies will welcome all our guests too! The garden is fully enclosed with a lockable gate which makes it an ideal safe place for small children to play. We have a large grassed area and 'Willow Castle' play house and slide for their enjoyment. Conor has generously left some garden toys, football, swing ball, small cars etc for you to enjoy. There is a secure garden shed also which can hold bicycles etc. Tralee Willows is situated on the southern side of the town of Tralee which is also one of the most scenic and least built up. We are only a short walk from Tralee Library 1 mins, Castle street 3mins, The Mall 4 mins. Tralee Train and Bus station is only a short 6min walk away. The stunning Tralee town park with its famous Rose garden and large children's playground is only 4 mins walk away as is the excellent 4 star Rose hotel. The town park also offers a wonderful array of walking and running paths through the trees and plays host to many family shows during the summer months. The renowned Aquadome water park and Tralee Wet lands are only 2 mins away by car. The beautiful Village of Blennerville with its restored Windmill is only 2k away. There is also a beautiful walk along the banks of the canal from tralee to the lock gates a short distance away. The house sits just off the N86 which is on the Wild Atlantic way and leads you to places such as Castlegregory, Maherees, Inch beach, Dingle and the Blasket islands to name a few. We are also just 33km from the world famous town of Killarney with its beautiful lakes and breathtaking national Park. Languages spoken: German, English

Smoking is only allowed outside, we have a canopy for you. Strictly NO PARTIES or EVENTS allowed in the house, out of respect for our neighbours will not tolerate anti social behaviour. No pets allowed. No extra guests allowed beyond the maximum number permitted - 6. We require a security/cleaning deposit of €150.00 in cash when you arrive. This will be returned to you when you depart after inspection of the house. In extreme circumstances we reserve the right to terminate a tenancy.
