“Manor Croft” is an old crofter's cottage which, although set at the bottom of the garden of Manor Cottage, enjoys complete privacy.
It is reputed to be one of the oldest houses in the village, thought to be at least 250 years old, and has been tastefully refurbished and modernised.
It sleeps two and comprises of a bedroom with King-size bed and shower room upstairs on a mezzanine floor with open plan living downstairs.
There is a smart TV which enables you to sign in to your netflix or google account etc. Original beams are exposed downstairs and the character of this ancient cottage is evident throughout.
There is a gas fired 'Wood burning stove effect' fire set into the hearth and the chimney breast forms an island in the room behind which is a fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances including dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and electric oven as well as the equipment you would expect to find in a well stocked kitchen.
The cottage has Gas fired Central Heating and is fully double-glazed, with French Windows that lead out onto a fully enclosed and private patio area. Free Wi-Fi is included.

Plenty of room for 2. Great shop nearby that had lovely ready prepared meals for when we did not feel like cooking. Good location for Harlow Carr, Brimham Rocks and Ripon Workhouse museum.
Lovely cottage in a quiet village with easy access to the dales and the delightful towns of Harrogate, Wetherby and Knaresborough. The accommodation provided everything necessary for our week long stay.

Lovely clean, comfortable cottage. It was in a perfect spot not too far away from all the wonderful sights of North Yorkshire. Good pub within walking distance of the cottage where we had a couple of drinks and a meal one evening.
