🅿️ The Montagne Verte underground public car park and the Place Rapp underground public car park are located 700m from the accommodation with a price of around €40 for 24 hours. ️ We provide you with a free lounge area in the basement of the building, common to the 4 accommodations in the house, it includes a living room with sofas, armchairs, a table with chairs, a bar with kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, a flat screen TV, books and board games. 🏡 All the accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you at best during your stay: cleaning will be done, ️ the bed will be made with clean sheets, the necessary sofa bed will be at your disposal for its use, clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel per kitchen, 📶 free WIFI connection 🍼 coming with a toddler? A cot and a high chair can be installed upon prior request. 👕 A laundry room with washing machine, in the basement of the house, completes the equipment of the accommodation. 👣 Your stay in a few figures: ⛪ 850 m walk from the Unterlinden museum, ⛪700m walk from Place des Dominicains, 🌉 20m walk from Little Venice, 🌳 600m from the Champ-de-Mars Park, 🚃 10 minutes on foot from Colmar train station (a little less with the Cœur de Ville shuttle from the Bleylé car park) 🌃 Colmar: A city to consume without moderation! For Georges Duhamel (who wrote it in 1931), Colmar was the "most beautiful city in the world"... It has also often been said that it was the most Alsatian of the cities in Alsace! Without going into the escalation of superlatives, Colmar undoubtedly remains a quite exceptional city for the richness and variety of its historical and architectural heritage. It is located near Germany and Switzerland, between the Vosges and the Rhine, Strasbourg and Mulhouse. The city offers visitors a striking shortcut to more than a thousand years of European history. In addition, Colmar retains, with its 67,000 inhabitants, an endearing aspect of a "country town" which gives it all its charm. Despite the vagaries of a turbulent history, the city has managed to preserve an exceptional homogeneity of its historic center which, classified as a "protected sector", has benefited from restoration and permanent enhancement. The vast pedestrian area of the old town allows visitors to admire the innumerable riches of a heritage as rich as it is varied, ranging from the Middle Ages to the 20th century. Whether it is the Maison des Têtes (built at the beginning of the 17th century) which owes its name to the 111 heads that adorn its facade, or the Maison Pfister, a beautiful bourgeois residence from the Renaissance period but of medieval design, each of its monuments is unique in his genre. The religious art of Colmar is also very rich: the Dominican Church which houses the famous "Virgin of the Rose Bush" by the Alsatian painter and engraver Martin Schongauer, as well as the Saint Martin Collegiate Church are wonderful examples of pure and sober gothic art, of great sobriety. Strolling through the streets, the visitor, amazed, discovers the many beautiful shops, the shimmering colored roofs... Strolling along the quai de la Poissonnerie, once the nerve center of fishing and the sale of fish, we falls in love with this picturesque district, now called "Little Venice".
