This spacious one bedroom apartment, 93 sq meters (1,002 sq ft) is in an historic building and offers luxurious fittings and contemporary comfort. It's just steps away from the beautiful Bordeaux Public Gardens.
On nearby Rue Fondaudege there are hundreds of shops and restaurants and it is a short walk to the heart of Bordeaux - the Grand Theatre and Place Quinconces.
There is easy access to Bordeaux City Gardens apartment, as it is on ground floor level.
The large living and dining rooms are ideal for entertaining guests and al fresco breakfast and dining is also possible in the private courtyard.
Fittings are high quality, including a Loewe TV in living room; a mounted flat screen TV in bedroom and a portable Ipod/iphone/ipad dock for music in living/dining or bedroom.

OTTIMO MA
L'appartamento è grande e dotato di tutti i confort, arredo moderno, letto comodo e l'ambiente è molto silenzioso. Conosco bene Bordeaux e posso dire che la posizione è ottima, a piedi si arriva ovunque e inoltre il quartiere è molto tranquillo e sicuro. Per il parcheggio ci sono 2 possibilità la prima è fare un abbonamento nei vari parcheggi limitrofi, soprattutto se si vuole restare a Bordeaux ,altrimenti se non si sosta in città si può parcheggiare in strada visto che sono gratuiti dalle 19 di sera alle 9 di mattina. Noi abbiamo fatto l'abbonamento "parcheggio cité mondiale"
ma mai usato, uscendo verso le 10 e rientrando tardi ce la siamo cavata con poco. Veramernte un ottimo indirizzo soprattutto visto il momento storico, l'alloggio si presta a viverci pienamente, l'host è stata molto comprensiva sull'orario per il check-in, abbiamo viaggiato in macchna e abbiamo impiegato 12 ore da Ventimiglia.
Veramente un buon indirizzo se non fosse che.....
La pulizia escluse la camera e il bagno è stata pessima. Viene dichiarata piena attenzione alle misure Covid e non è così! Pensavo di dare una ripassata rapida agli oggetti di uso comune ma ho dovuto ripulire a fondo interruttori, telecomandi, maniglie , interrutturi dell' abat-jour.
Arrivata alla cucina mi sono messa mano ai capelli, pensili sporchi internamente ed esternamente, con dentro bottiglie, barattoli vari e rotolo di carta già iniziati e utilizzati da altri ecc, secchio immondizia, forno e dulcis in fundo il frigorifero sporchi. Avrei potuto chiamare il centro assistenza ma l'appartamento rispecchiava le mie esigenze, avevo alle spalle 12 ore di viaggio, erano le 21 e dovevo andare a cena da mio figlio.......al ritorno mi sono rimboccata le maniche ed ho terminato alle 2:30. Ho iniziato dal frigorifero! Fortunatamente ci sono moltissimi prodotti . NB ho pulito solo ciò che avrei usato e appoggiato tutto nel soggiorno, mica tutta la cucina!!!!!!! Quindi chi viene dopo pulisca il forno, il congelatore e dentro i pensili...Scherzi a parte "Vi consiglio periodicamente una pulizia a fondo da parte di una ditta di vetri, infissi cucina e porte." Ho un arredo molto simile e so quanto ci vuole per mantenerlo! In dispensa meglio nulla che lasciare gli avanzi degli altri, poi visto il prezzo non prentendo il bagnoschiuma della yves rocher le bottiglie da 100 ml di olio e aceto nuovo, frutta, caffé e tisane a volontà e sigillate , ma una sola saponetta "Dove" sembra poco. Detto questo spero che possiate risolvere i problemi di pulizia da me rilevati perché l'appartamento è meritevole e molto valido.

UN SUEÑO
Es un apartamento precioso, extraordinariamente ubiado en una casa antigua del centro de Burdeos. Reúne todas las comodidades, con una completa disposición para resolverte cualquier duda. Además, sus estancias son preciosas, contando incluso con un pequeño patio donde comimos y cenamos. El precio es caro, pero se corresponde con su calidad y condiciones. Fue, desde luego, un elemento decisivo para la feliz excursión bordelesa que nunca olvidaremos.

Bordeaux for a month
This apartment was just as it is described. It was quite spacious which is what we wanted for our 4 week stay. The location was quiet but convenient. We were able to walk all over the city center within a few minutes. The space was functional. We cooked some meals there and the kitchen was outfitted in a normal short term rental way except for the major appliances. These were exceptionally nice. The coffee machine was way above normal.
We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay
We loved everything about this charming flat. Quiet area, comfortable furnishings, thoughtful amenities. Charlotte welcomed us, gave us a tour and explained everything in perfect detail. She spent time to show us places on the map, demonstrated the appliances, and made herself accessible to us if needed. Great communication beforehand as far as directions using different modes of transport. We would certainly stay here again!

Spacious, neat and comfortable
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean, spacious and comfortable apartment. It had every amenity we needed, and is a fifteen minute walk to virtually anything, including St Catherine St, the main Bordeaux shopping street. The public gardens are nearby, but not visible from the apartment. The manager is efficient and friendly, and the only reason not to book this apartment would be if you really want a view. Highly recommended.

Historic and Modern - a prefect blend
This was a spacious and modern apartment in a beautiful historic building centrally located in the city. If you want a chic modern apartment to enjoy while visiting Bordeaux, this is a great choice. Very comfortable with built-in expresso machine and induction stove top. The kitchen was small, but extremely well designed.
In addition to the living room, there was a small outside courtyard that is a wonderful place to enjoy your wine and cheese at the end of the day. Close to a lovely park, many restaurants and shops this is very convenient - and its close to public transportation.
They also provide information and recommendations for local restaurants and things to see and do. They take care of their guests, I would certainly stay again.

I wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed Bordeaux, your apartment & your awesome restaurant recommendations, the local shops, the walking tour and last but not least, the St. Emilion bike, wine tasting, vineyard lunch tour. What an amazing city. So clean. So easy to walk around. Love the tram and the rental bikes. And best of all no cars. Your apartment could not be in a better location. Love the high ceilings, being on the ground floor and what comfortable beds. We fell in love and look forward to returning in the near future.

Points négatifs : une fenêtre ne ferme pas dans le salon en rc c'est pas top malgré les barreaux aux fenêtres, appartement très mal conçu les toilettes sont dans la chambre, la machine à laver et le singe linge se trouvent aussi dans une pièce dans la chambre des parents donc si vous voulez faire vos machines à des heures tardives dans un but économique et écologique, oubliez car on à pas dormi de la nuit à cause du bruit, la cuisine est jolie et bien équipée sauf que, une casserole et une poêle pour cuisiner c'est du délire.

About the neighbourhood
Bordeaux's famous Jardin Public is at the end of the street where the apartment is located. An area of 10 hectares, this delightful public garden was established in 1746 in a style inspired by Le Nôtre, the designer of the gardens at Versailles. It includes an arboretum, a library and a Natural History Museum and is a wonderful place to cycle or simply relax and enjoy the ambiance.<BR><BR>The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the commercial and historic district of the city - only 600 metres from Esplanade des Quinconces. (Which has an excellent brocante market.) It is also close to the Roman amphitheatre Palais Gallien.<BR><BR>A multitude of excellent restaurants and bars are in in close proximity on Rue Fondaudege and Cours George Clemenceau, as well as antique shops, art galleries and other high street shops. The specialist food market and a choice of many other shops can be found at Marche des Grands Hommes.<BR><BR>The elegant boutiques on Allee de Tourny and Rue Saint Catherine are nearby, as is Bordeaux's renowned Grand Theatre.<BR><BR>Walk through the Public Gardens to the Contemporary Art Museum, the river and the quai and its restaurants, shopping and morning food markets, the antique and vintage shops of Rue Notre Dame and the Marche des Chartrons.
