Large three rooms air-conditioned with balcony 5 m2. Very nice living room of 30 m², living room dining kitchen, triple exposure, (east, south, west), high ceilings, exposed beams. Two independent double bedrooms with closet and storage furniture. Bathroom with window, large walk-in shower and washbasin. Separate WC. Private pool shared with the owners Access only for registered travellers from 9:00 to 19:00. Sheets optional € 25 per bed. set of 2 towels optional (15 € per person). The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, oven mixed: traditional and microwave and two ceramic hobs. Nice elevated position (top of villa), view of greenery and hills. Private parking in the closed property. Close to St Paul de Vence and Polygone Riviera (5 minutes walk)....
