This 130 m2 villa is located in a privileged quiet location near the port of Saint Aygulf, 70 m from the beaches and creeks. It is nevertheless close (100 m) to beaches restaurants, bicycle rental, shops and a stroll (700 to 800m) from the town center with its market, shops, convenience stores, bakeries, butchers, cafes ... It is possible to get everywhere walking (3 to 10 minutes) or bicycling. It has 4 bedrooms with view of the bay of Saint Raphael, a living-dining room with sofas, a large table with 8+ seats, two large terraces and a separate kitchen with its own terrace for breakfast. On the 2nd floor 1 parental suite with a 160 cm large bed, on the 1st floor 3 bedrooms each with 140 cm large beds. This villa includes many amenities: an independent fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cupboards, bars .., a rear kitchen with washing machine, storage ..., a living room, a dining room, WIFI, 1 TV, 1 Hi fi, 1 DVD player... This villa is equipped with various board games and a baby foot. It is located between Saint Raphaël (5Km) and Saint Tropez (30Km) and benefits from a magnificent coast with protected sites a stone's throw from the Estérel mountains where you can discover amazing walks and beautiful typical villages.
