One of our most popular apartments, it's hard to beat Alexandre Mari. Coupled with its prime location, you have fantastic views of the sea, the Nicois buildings on Cours Saleya and the hills leading up to the Chateau. With the lovely balcony, all mod cons, and quality fixtures and fittings, what more could you need from a holiday apartment in Nice? The apartment has now been made even better with the addition of a further bedroom and ensuite bathroom plus a separate kitchen/breakfast room! The apartment is on the 4th floor of a well-maintained building, which has a lift. The lift is small and can only fit two people, or one person with luggage. It is unlikely that you will be able to fit an unfolded pushchair in the lift. As soon as you enter the apartment you can enjoy the sea view from the spacious living area. Well placed for making the most of the views of the glistening Mediterranean is a black dining table and six chairs. Two contemporary styled grey sofas provide plenty of comfort for enjoying the views or the flatscreen TV. To keep everyone entertained, Wi-Fi internet access, French cable TV including music channels and about five English channels, a DVD player and a radio are available for guests' use. Throughout the apartment there are superior fixtures, fittings and soft furnishings. The kitchen/breakfast area is a welcome recent addition and is slick and fully fitted. The units hold a large fridge with small freezer compartment, a dishwasher, built-in oven with extractor fan, built in microwave, electric halogen hob and plenty of cupboard space containing all necessary utensils to cook and entertain. The round glass breakfast table is perfect for grabbing a morning coffee and croissant whilst enjoying the view from the window. All 3 bedrooms have en suite bath or shower room. The master bedroom has a king size bed, two bedside tables with table lamps and a built-in wardrobe. Patio doors lead out onto a balcony. This bedroom has access to a perspex utility area containing a washing machine. The second bedroom takes largely the same layout but with twin beds, bedside tables and built-in wardrobe. The third bedroom features a double bed with bedside table and lamps and free standing wardrobe and drawers. All bedrooms will fit a baby cot (though it will be a tight fit). These can be hired from us upon checkout. Please see our packages for more details. The master bedroom has a large ensuite with a bath, two wash basins, a toilet, and a walk-in shower. There is also a radiator and towel rail. The ensuite for the second bedroom is smaller than the one found in the master bedroom. Here there is a wash basin, vanity unit, and shower. The ensuite for the third bedroom is similar to the one for the second bedroom and has a wash basin, vanity unit and shower. A separate WC can be found at the entrance of the apartment. Nice apartment in the center near by allmost everything. Restaurants, shops, beach a.s.o. Its comfortable and uncluded everything you need to live. And its a very good price. A professionell organisation, friendly, quick and easy.

You will find on your doorstep the most exclusive restaurants in town, along with the famous shops offering olive oil, chocolates and truffles all on one street.
