Our accommodation is located on the 18th floor of a building classified as a 20th century heritage designed by the architect Jacques-Henri Labourdette. It results from the union of two apartments and today forms a spacious, bright loft. With its large bay windows the apartment is resolutely open to the outside. The apartment is organized around a day / night distribution. The living space is completely open plan and includes the living room, the dining room and the kitchen. In this vast space, objects and furniture rub shoulders here and there, producing a relaxed, warm and friendly mixture. Description of the accommodation Our 183m² apartment has over 90m² of living space. It is suitable for both business trips and family tourism trips. With its 4 bedrooms (3 with double bed and one with single bed), it can accommodate 7 people. The kitchen is naturally equipped with high-quality equipment (oven, 5-burner gas hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.). The bathroom has a spacious shower and a bathtub. The apartment includes 2 bathrooms, a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. Travelers access Entire home Exchanges with travelers The district Belsunce owes its name to Monsignor Henri François-Xavier de Belsunce-Castelmoron, famous bishop of the city whose statute can now be observed at the Cathedral de la Major. Belsunce is a popular downtown area halfway between the train station and the Old Port. The old port and its fish market are 5 minutes walk as well as the departure of shuttles to the creeks, the islands of Friuli. The proximity to museums, cinema, theaters, restaurant, offers a real quality of life. From the apartment the city is practiced on foot.
