Not only was the property huge, clean, and in a great location but Tommy was super helpful during our stay. He met up with us to give us the keys and showed us where everything was in the home. We were traveling with our 2 year old and they thoughtfully prepared a travel crib with stuffed animals for her. Coming from overseas it was the perfect way to feel Welcome immediately upon arrival. The playground just down the street was across from a gelato shop, there was a great cafe right out front, and easy access to two bus lines. We truly enjoyed our stay!!

We have five kids and having enough space is always an issue. This house had a ton of room, more than enough for all of us. Four of the kids all slept together in one room and the other had his special place by the tv in the living room. Spacious dining area, fun cafe table outside, plenty of coffee, two bathrooms!, laundry room, nearby cafes, resaurant, grocery stores, parks, running path along the river, bus stops- this place has it all. Tanja and her team make life easy!

Great location with bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and public transportation all nearby. A good neighborhood for families and a good location to embark from and visit the sites of Munich and a nice relaxing place to call home for a week.

We stayed for 6 nights and loved it. This was one of the best vacation rentals we have experienced (and we've stayed in a lot of rentals in many countries). It has so many positive features: street level access; stand-alone unit with no shared walls or people living above or below; outdoor patio; privacy; spacious; quiet and cool bedrooms; modern and tasteful furnishings; fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and plenty of useful amenities. We also loved the neighborhood, with plenty of cafes, bakery, restaurants, playground, grocery store, access to public transport, etc. We would definitely return to this wonderful place in Munich.

Tanja was great and very helpful. The place is very clean and cozy. It’s a quaint little building surrounded by apartment buildings in a quiet residential neighborhood. With quite a few bats and restaurants around. My only complaint is that the bedroom’s are side by side and one doesn’t have a door. Had to be very quiet in the morning until everyone was up.

The beautiful home was exactly what my group needed! Nestled in a quiet, cultural rich neighborhood, we enjoyed fresh bakery and cappuccino every morning before we hopped on the bus for shopping abs site-seeing. Also centered in this neighborhood are wonderful restaurants, a pharmacy, grocery shopping and so much more! Evening strolls we’re wonderful as we could walk along the River and enjoy the sights and sounds of this beautiful city! This is house is a gem!!

Das Objekt ist für eine Familie ideal. Für Leute, die sich weniger gut kennen, ist die Bauweise zu offen. Eigentlich handelt es sich nicht um zwei Schlafzimmer, sondern um einen Raum, der durch Vorhänge und eine dünne Wand getrennt ist. Lärmschutz existiert nicht. Dann fehlen natürlich die Fenster im Untergeschoss.

We all loved our stay at this property. So much room. Beautifully decorated. Quiet neighborhood. Great location for us as we were in Munich for Oktoberfest. Cafes and restaurants nearby. Just an all around great property.

We stayed for Oktoberfest, uber was inexpensive and easy. Parking is a challenge, lidl grocery store and a bakery very close. Enjoyed our stay very much..

Our family enjoyed our stay! Perfect location to explore the city and always could find a place to enjoy! Check was a bit quick - and a little more explanation of the location, etc., could have helped - but we were able to manage and find things as we needed. The owner was accommodating with letting us drop our luggage early so that we could hit the city without lugging bags around and we greatly appreciated that. All communication was quick and responsive. We will definitely be returning to Munich!
