Great location and apartment. The apartment has everything you need and is clean and well appointed within the resort. The pool is beautiful with a view of the sea. You can walk or use the car it’s our 4th time here and we love it.

Price includes all electricity used. There are no meters. Price includes full and unlimited access to the leisure centre, and WiFi throughout the apartment. I am happy to negotiate special terms for extended Winter holidays, such as 4 weeks for the price of 3 ! AND low-occupancy discounts can be arranged. 30% deposit on booking. Balance due 8 weeks before holiday. in the event of a holiday needing to be cancelled, I ask to be advised as soon as possible, whereupon I will use my best endeavours to re-let. If I can re-let, I will return your deposit, less any expenses incurred for additional advertising etc. I strongly advise that cancellation insurance is taken out. MAR AZUL is about 1 hour drive from Malaga airport, 40 minutes drive from Gibraltar airport, and 2 hours drive from Jerez airport. There are several bars & restaurants within a 10 minute walk of MARAZUL. The nearest is literally 2 minutes walk away, and has a lovely terrace with far-reaching mountain views. And within easy walking distance is Cruisos beach-bar, where you can eat and drink for very reasonable prices with your feet in the sand.

MARAZUL's outstanding beach-front location is enhanced by the close proximity of the four greatest attractions on this coast-line :-

First, and virtually next door, we have the world-renowned Kempinski Hotel Bahia Estepona, fully-fitted with “five superior stars”, and facilities to match. You have a choice of 4 restaurants & 2 bars. You just MUST try their Sunday Brunch !

Railway: Fuengirola: 40.0 km
Ferry: Marbella: 20.0 km
The nearest airport is Gibraltar, but the most commonly used is Malaga airport.
Nearly all of the low-cost airlines fly to Malaga, but more are now using Gibralter Airport too.
I inform my guests of my recommendations for airport pick-up and car-hire.
We advise that a hire-car would be useful, but mainly for shopping. There again, there is a very good bus and taxi-service, so you may consider that you can manage without one.
An Aldi store has recently opened just a 12-minute walk away, and we provide a shopping trolley !
