It is situated on the fourth floor of a very popular urbanisation close to Estepona lighthouse and comes with underground parking. The old town of Estepona is just 15 minutes walk away along the beach promenade and there are supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance.

Trouble free booking. Very clean, well equipped and spacious apartment. Stunning views from balcony over harbour and out to Gibraltar. Some traffic noise but then this is a working Spanish town, you either love it or are indifferent. Certainly return El Faro and would recommend to family and friends. Very chilled out holiday!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Booking was simple and Joy from Dolphin Estates was very helpful. Even though we arrived very early we were able to access the apartment and drop off our bags, the cleaner was even still cleaning the apartment. Easy booking online and email response from Joy who supplied us with all we needed pre-visit, including directions and key pick up arrangements. Additional Rate and Availability Information
1. A deposit of 50% is payable upon booking with balance payable one month before arrival.
2. A refundable deposit of 200€ will be required as a guarantee against any damages.
3. Please note that the rental price includes a “standard” clean after departure. If our cleaning staff consider the cleaning required to be above and beyond the norm, the extra cost of this clean will be deducted from the damage deposit.
4. There will be a 100€ charge for any keys or garage door remotes not returned or missing on departure.
5. Apartment must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. unless previously arranged.
6. No smoking in the property except on the terrace.
7. No pets allowed unless by prior arrangement.

About the neighbourhood
Estepona is ideally situated to visit all the attractions that the Costa del Sol has to offer from golfing to beach holidays, family to clubbing holidays. For the children there are a variety of places - Funny Beach, Fuengirola Zoo, Selwo Safari Park, Selwo Marina, the Aquaparks in Mijas and Torremolinos and Tivoli World Amusement Park in Benalmadena. For others who prefer sightseeing Gibraltar is 45 minutes by car, the mountain town of Ronda and the lovely village of Mijas are just 60 minutes. The spectacular town of Granada and the Sierra Nevada ski area are also within a couple of hours drive.

Estepona has an excellent beach and promenade and a stroll round the old town is a definite “must”. A local market is held every Wednesday on the outskirts of town and a local artisans market...
