My villa is set in the middle of a large, private garden with its own pool (heated in winter), just half a mile from the sea and high enough for a magnificent view of the Mediterranean, Gibraltar and North Africa. The four apartments, each with its own terrace, are spacious and fully equipped, guaranteeing a complete and comfortable self-catering experience. Relaxation and comfort are assured. About the neighbourhood

Villa Tranquilla hopefully is self-descriptive and is quietly located on a road with little passing traffic. Our handsome property stands on a gentle slope less than a 15 minute walk / 2 minute drive from the Mediterranean. We are also just 6 minutes by car from Estepona Port. The stunning old part of Estepona town is a further 5 minutes. The villa is in a spread-out development of 1 & 2 storey properties and there is adequate free on-street parking. Restaurants; 2 supermarkets (Aldi & Mercadona) and the nearest beach are within a 2 - 3 minute drive. The wonderful cities of Andalucia, such as Cordoba; Seville; Malaga; Cadiz; Jerez; Ronda & Granada are all with a (max) 2.25 hours drive. You can explore Gibraltar (40 mins) and take the catamaran to Tangiers (Morocco) where we can organise a guide for you.
