My villa is set in the middle of a large, private garden with its own pool (heated in winter), just half a mile from the sea and high enough for a magnificent view of the Mediterranean, Gibraltar and North Africa. The four apartments, each with its own terrace, are spacious and fully equipped, guaranteeing a complete and comfortable self-catering experience. Relaxation and comfort are assured. Bring your friends family ( and pets too). There are BBQ's in each apartment, I love playing host so come and enjoy! Very relaxing environment, great pool and garden area.

Well equipped and furnished apartment with fantastic sea view, pool and garden. Philip the owner was very attentive and basic food items were waiting for us on our arrival. The location is convenient for restaurants and beaches plus many tourist attractions are within easy reach....More

Peaceful and quiet

We stayed at the apartment for 2 weeks last year. The setting is on a quite residential road and a 10 min walk to the beach. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Lynn and Neville were very helpful particularly with restaurant recommendations....More

About the neighbourhood
Villa Tranquilla hopefully is self-descriptive and is in a quiet road with little passing traffic. Our handsome property stands on a gentle slope less than a 15 minute walk / 2 minute drive from the Mediterranean. We are also just 6 minutes by car from Estepona Port. The stunning old part of Estepona town is a further 5 minutes. The villa is in a spread-out development of 1 & 2 storey properties and there is adequate free parking. There are 2 restaurants; 2 supermarkets (Aldi & Mercadona) and the nearest beach all within a 2-3 minute drive. The Port is a colourful interesting place to wander around. It is a working fishing port as well. At night, it is beautifully lit. The old town has recently had a huge amount spent on it resurfacing roads and colour-coordinating the flower pots in ea...
