Lovely 3 bedroom Townhouse located in El Paraiso, just 4.2 miles from Puerto Banus.

On the first floor there are 3 good size bedrooms. Two of the three, bedrooms have access to the upstairs terrace over looking the pool and mature gardens. The master bedroom has en-suite with wc, bath and double shower, fitted wardrobes complete with king size bed. The two guest bedrooms are complete with twin beds and fitted wardrobes. Guest bathroom has walk in double shower, wc and large sink.

One the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee machine, electric oven and hob, microwave and kettle. Adjacent to the kitchen is a drying room with washing line facilites.
