This lovely townhouse is situated within the exclusive urbanisation Belgravia with direct access to the Estepona Marina and the famous El Cristo Beach. This gated urbanisation consists of townhouses and a few apartments set in the grounds of a colonial style villa, previously the residence of the Ambassador of Morocco. The pool provides a relaxing atmosphere, with sun loungers, tables and chairs and communal barbecue area.

You enter the house into the first of two spacious lounges. This lounge is bright and airy with large French doors opening onto a large south facing terrace with an awning (shade), dining table to seat 6 and two sun-beds. This terrace overlooks a small 'orange square' and has partial views of the Marina and the Mediterranean Sea.

Good location, overlooking Marina. Good access for beach but not for older person as many steps. El Cristo beach is very pretty but a lot of building work noise at the moment. Creating a lot of dust. 5 minute walk to marina and many restaurants....More

This large townhouse is situated in Belgravia Club, which offers direct access to the family friendly El Cristo Beach area and Estepona Marina. The Marina has a fine selection of bars and restaurants that provide an array of fantastic fresh Spanish delights. Access is possible only via a remote controlled gate, and the gate to the beach area. Belgravia Club also offers a superb pool, beautiful tropical gardens and a fantastic communal BBQ.
Getting around
The house is located close to the marina with a fine selection of bars and restaurants, and the 'old town' of Estepona is an enjoyable 15 min stroll down the Paseo Maritimo with many street cafes and tapas bars. A city bus stop is found just outside Belgravia Club.
