This apartment was already booked but the owners offered us a two bedroom. The complex is lovely - little waterways and fountains winding through it, and also a selection of pools with sun beds around. The apartment is the best we have rented in Europe...More

Our wonderful air-conditioned/heated ground-floor apartment is also close to the main pool from its south-facing private terrace and garden (with dining table and sun-loungers). Recently completely redecorated and refurbished to a very high standard, it is very spacious (180 sqm) having a large and comfortable lounge with chaise sofa and arm chair, dining-table, 47 inch LCD satellite television (numerous english language channels), dvd and hi-fi. Also leading off from the hall are the lovely bedrooms, one with a very comfortable super king-size bed, television and large en-suite bathroom and the second with twin beds, television and its own ensuite family bathroom with bath and shower. Additional Rate and Availability Information
During July and August the minimum stay is two weeks with the changeover day on a Saturday.
A deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance to be paid following arrival. Included in the rate is the first 30 euros of electricity per week which for 99% of our visitors is more than sufficient! There is a supplementary charge of 50 euros for night time arrivals after 01.00. A discount is available for long stays outside of the summer.

A short drive away from El Presidente is Marbella and its lovely promenade and beach. Once it was just a fishing village but now it is known as “the pearl of the Costa del Sol” with its cosmopolitan population, international visitors and reputation for being one of the most aristocratic resorts. Here you have the beautiful old town of Marbella with the Plaza de Naranjos (Orange Square, shown above) at its centre.
