Situated in a tranquil residential development which has a swimming pool and is set in lovely gardens, this spacious three bed-roomed apartment is close to all amenities. The famous Marbella 'micro-climate' (cooler in summer and warmer in winter) ensures that this is a perfect holiday location.

The apartment, with the stunning La Concha mountain forming the back drop and a short distance (2K) from the sea, is ideally located for a variety of activities. It is close to the excellent facilities of Marbella (3K) and Puerto Banus (7k) and 35 minutes’ drive from the airport at Malaga.
The ground floor apartment is air conditioned with marble flooring throughout. All rooms are tastefully and comfortably furnished.

The apartment was spacious, clean with everything you required to make the holiday enjoyable. The pool was ideally located and the whole complex was perfect. This apartment is ideal for a Family holiday and very safe for young children, you could fit 6 adults comfortably...More

Loads of room even with 3 couples staying, all mod cons, owners thought of absolutely everything. Information booklet in apartment covers every thing you need to know during your stay. Pool was fantastic, a great sun trap.Would highly recommend this apartment and can't wait for...More

We had a very enjoyable stay in Casa Fenix. The apartment is spacious with a main bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two other good-sized bedrooms which share a very nice shower room. The beds are proper adult beds and the bedrooms have walk around space...More

About the neighbourhood
Our apartment is in a quiet residential area 4k from the centre of Marbella, a lovely town by the sea with many shops, restaurants, cafe bars, quaint streets and lovely parks.

There are cafe bars, restaurants and supermarkets 1.5k from the apartment and the beach is about 2k away where there is a walk-way along the sea from Marbella to Puerto Banús with lovely beach bars en route. We are up a hill though, so walking down to beach etc may be comfortable but you have a steep walk back up! However you should have no problem getting a taxi if needed.

Puerto Banús is about 5.5k (10 minutes drive) from apartment with lots of shops, restaurants and clubs as well as the famous marina with many expensive yachts (and celebrities?) to drool over!
Getting around
While some of our clients depend on public transport and taxis, as we often do ourselves, most do rent a car.

There is a local bus service with terminus close to the apartment, though this service while regular is infrequent. However there is a good bus service on the main road, 1.5 k from the apartment, with routes not only serving the Marbella area, but also San Pedro and Estapona.

Buses to other areas in Andalucia and further afield depart from the bus station.

Of course there are also plenty of taxis available and when at the apartment, should you phone for one, you could expect it to arrive in less than 10 minutes.

Airport: Malaga: 55.0 km
Malaga airport is about 35 mins drive from the apartment. You can see our location on the map above and we can forward detailed directions should this be required.

There is also a regular coach service from the airport to Marbella bus station where taxis should be available. A taxi to our apartment from the bus station will take about 10 mins and would normally cost about €10.
