Parties or open fire (barbecue) on the terrace are prohibited, as well as access by persons who are not residents of the holiday home. It is not allowed to stay on the terrace between 23:00 and 08:00. With offences against the house regulations, in particular noise pollution!, we have to cancel the rental agreement immediately.

Another great stay!

We enjoyed another lovely week in Alexander's apartment. The weather was beautiful and the apartment is perfect, close to supermarkets, the town and restaurants. We will definitely return and would recommend this apartment without hesitation!

Ideal base

Modern, clean apartment with everything required for a break in Torremolinos. Convenient to the train station and supermarket and town. Alexander was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The roof top terrace is a bonus! Would recommend and will return!

The apartment is located in a typical Spanish neighborhood, about 400 meters from the center with many bars, restaurants and the train / bus station. Near the apartment you can find a number of restaurants with reasonable prices. Please note that Torremolinos is built on a rock. From downtown to the beach, or vice versa, you have to walk stairs or use a public elevator (0,50 € per person)
