This unique apartment is situated a 20 minute taxi ride from Malaga Airport in Urbinisation La Roca. a private urbanisation.,To enter by car or taxi you press the bell button at the barrier by The Hotel Stella Polaris and say Bungalow 59A. Drive down The Avenue of Palms, passing the pool and the Torre de La Roca Tower Block, at the end turn right into the little car park. There is a black iron gate leading to the Bungalow.. This property offers holiday makers probably the most fabulous panoramic views of the coast, and it's wonderful beaches from the terraces of the property. From the apartment the beaches are accessed via a private lift or stepped pathway. Residents of La Roca have use of the swimming pool and bar facilities of Torre de La Roca less than 2 minutes from the apartment. There is WIFI in the Bungalow Apartment and in The Torre de la Roca Block. Ask at the bar for their code. The bar closes on a Monday. They do a good, well priced menu of the day. The pool has a lifeguard and first aider from May to October 15th. There is a charge of 1 Euro for sun loungers in July and August.
The apartment is in a very central position, yet offers peace and quiet. Private parking for residents. And is a 5 minutes' walk to Calle San Miguel, the main Street of Torremolinos. The Supersol supermarket is a 5 min. walk from the house and there is a local shop 2 min. walk for milk, bread, ice. Open till 23.00. There is a welcome book in the Bungalow which makes recommendations for local eateries. The Renfe, local train station is nearby which takes visitors to Malaga Airport and Malaga City which is some 15 minutes journey by train. Benalmadena and Fuenigrola are also a short train journey away, and this means that visitors have no need to hire a car, although private parking is available within La Roca Urbanization. Visitors are spoilt for choice in the area of La Roca in respect of the huge choice of bars and restaurants, and for those looking for nightlife the center of Torremolinos is a short walk away. All guests are welcomed by the Housekeeper on arrival.
