Beautiful studio in Miraconcha, the most luxurious and expensive street in Spain. Right in front of La Concha beach, fantastic views of the sea and beach from the apartment, as you can see in our front picture, which is taken from our balcony! Our studio is exactly what you see on the pictures, a unique space of 21 m², which includes a private bathroom with a washer and dryer. --- Precioso estudio en Miraconcha, la calle más lujosa y cara de España. Ubicación perfecta

Es una muy buena opción para pasar unos días en San Sebastián. Ubicación perfecta, el apartamento muy limpio, tal y como aparece en las fotos. El anfitrión muy atento y amable. Lo recomiendo.

About the neighbourhood

Located in a quiet area, right in front of the ocean, and very close to the city centre. Fifteen minutes walk to the Old Town, on a beautiful walk along La Concha beach.

Getting around

The apartment is so central that you can walk everywhere and there is no need to take taxis, public transport or cars. That said, there are buses just in front of the apartment, in case you need to go somewhere else.
