About the neighbourhood
Palma at its best; it is just across the road to the beach, there is a 17km cycle path all along the sea front, you are in the historical centre of Palma, and the trendy fishing village or Portixol with all its seaside restaurants and bars is easily walkable. The Anima beach club is only 200m and Nassau beach club a short walk away. Close by are the shopping areas, Colon, Jaime II, Borne, San Miguel, Sindicato and the department store El Corte Ingles, also cafeterias, Restaurants and Boutiques.
Getting around
Throughout the year Palma hosts many fiestas and celebrations, from art nights in the streets, to medieval fairs, firework displays and outside live music. The city hosts international sailing events, and connects the other Balearics Islands by ferry. The famous antique train to Soller also leaves from Palma, travelling through the beautiful countryside, to the village of Soller.

How to get there
Refundable deposits are required for any damage to the property or contents, which will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival. The heating of this property is by gas, the cost is 10 euros per night, this is not included in the booking price,so it should be paid on the check-in day. Please note if your arrival to the property is after 21:00 hours, there is a late check in fee of 50€ which can be paid in cash on arrival. All garbage must be removed from the house before you leave on the check out day, or there will be 50€ extra charge. No pets allowed. No parties allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Youth groups are not allowed. Hooligans are not allowed. Not adapted for disabled guests.
