Bonito apartamento , muy tranquilo,completo y cerca de todos los servicios , para repetir sin duda !! Marta siempre súper atenta para cualquier consulta !!

Une situation idéale à quelques centaines de mètres du port et des commerces ainsi que de la plage magnifique. Le logement est propre, et agréable. La piscine est belle et propre. L’environnement est calme. Il manque seulement des ventilateurs pour les chambres et un peu de vaisselle (nous étions 5) bols, mugs... il est également assez facile de stationner.

El apartamento de Marta estaba genial. Además tiene una ubicación perfecta al lado del faro de Artrutx.

The location perfect 2 min from centre of Cal'n Bosch restaurants etc 2 min f0rom waterpark 2 min from bus stops. Pool eccellent and 100 yds from apartment very hpod for children with toddlers pool. Apartment was missing essential things like kettle, toaster, tin opener for a self catering these are needed. Should be available for 12am Checkin we had to wait until 2.45am with 2 children sat in 30 degree heat not much fun cleaner rushed and left it dirty so had to start cleaning. Shower dirty had to clean down with bleach.

Pasamos 10 días en el mes de junio con nuestra hija de 2 años. La estancia fue perfecta, el apartamento tiene la equipación necesaria para pasar esos días comodamente. Teníamos la piscina de la zona comunitaria para nosotros solos, la zona de tiendas y recreo estaba a 5 minutos caminando y la playa de Cala'n Bosch a dos minutos en coche y 10 caminando. Buena ubicación también para conocer el resto de la isla. La propietaria, Marta, un encanto, siempre dispuesta. Sin duda recomiendo y volvería a este apartamento.

Magnífico apartamento familiar en una urbanización muy tranquila. Situado en una zona magnífica de la isla de Menorca. Marta la propietaria es muy atenta, y Miguel que te atiende allí es una gran ayuda para las zonas de visita de la isla. En conjunto hemos quedado encantados. Bss Marta.

The apartment is in an ideal location – a short five minute walk to the marina at Cala N Bosch. The apartment was spacious with both a front patio and rear (private) garden. Whilst it was comfortable during the day, we suffered at night due to the lack of air conditioning – there weren’t even any fans which would have helped. The apartment is in a small complex which was nicely landscaped and had a good sized pool. Unfortunately. whilst the apartment has the potential to be excellent, it was let down by being very poorly equipped. Whilst it was great to have a good sized fridge, freezer and a washing machine (as part of a clean new kitchen) – the basics that we have come to expect were missing. It may be an English thing but we were expecting a kettle but instead had to rely on boiling a pan of water for hot drinks. There were no mugs just tea cups and only 4 glasses (in total) of different sizes and no wine glasses (we bought some large plastic beakers at the supermarket). It was good to have a private rear garden but was let down by the lack of any furniture whatsoever, (the online photos showed 2 plastic loungers and a table and four chairs) and we resorted to using bamboo beach mats (bought at a supermarket in Cala N Bosch) and furniture from the lounge (a plastic dining set). The front patio was not much better – it had a plastic table and chairs (which had seen better days) but there were no cushions to make the seats comfortable, Despite the table having a hole for a parasol there was no parasol (we ending up using a beach umbrella as we struggled for shade). We were also surprised that despite staying for 2 weeks, there was no mid holiday clean and change of laundry – in our experience this is normally standard. Overall, we enjoyed the holiday despite the deficiencies but we felt it was important to provide honest (constructive)criticism – we feel that with a few small changes the apartment could be vastly improved. In recent years we have stayed in a range of accommodation across the Mediterranean and beyond (with a similar budget) and typically they were much better equipped than this apartment. Cala N Bosch is a great resort with a beach, which is a 10 minute walk from the apartment and a further beach another 10 minute walk away. The Marina had a wide range of restaurants (which we will review separately) and we enjoyed the food at all those we visited. The supermarkets and shops at the Marina were well stocked and we made good use of them. The bus service to Ciutadella was excellent value (the total cost for 3 of us was approximately half the cost of a taxi) and we had a great day there. We also enjoyed an afternoon trip on the glass bottomed boat along the coast seeing a number of beaches with stops for swimming and a long stop at one beach. Stephen, Heidi and Charlotte.

Hemos ido varias veces a Menorca pero nunca para Sant Joan y la verdad que es una experiencia bonita estar cerca de los caballos y de lo que los rodea y ademas celebrar el cumpleaños de mi hija Carla. El Apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para unos dias de vacaciones cerca de una cala y a pocos minutos en coche de otras. Hemos estado comodos y tranquilos.Darle las gracias a Miguel por su amabilidad y atención. Marta gracias por tus sugerencias y contestar cuando ha sido necesario.

Apartamento excelente para familias muy bien ubicado. Zona comunitaria muy tranquila y acojedora, 100% recomendable

Lo recomiendo! Hemos estado una semana tres amigas y de maravilla,llevando coche puedes ir por toda la isla sin problema y cerca del apartamento tienes supermercados, bares, playa....muy bien!
