A very pleasant apartment with a cozy decoration, well kept and clean, on the pedestrian street La Hoya. It is located on the first floor in a quiet building with 3 floors. It consists of a living room with open kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. The front has a small balcony overlooking the pedestrian street La Hoya, and the back has a personal patio. It has a wooden laminate floor. The bedroom is located at the rear of the house (with no street, so very silent). The kitchen has vitro and the heater is electric.
