Nice apartment in good neighbourhood
My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend in September. It's a lovely apartment. It's spacious with nice big bedroom and a small, but functional kitchen. There's a good sized back yard which goes directly onto the pool area. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but the temperature of the water felt good. The apartment is situated in a quiet area which felt very safe. The beach us 5 minutes away and the town centre about 25 minutes. The bars and clubs near the beach are excellent and so close. The apartment itself is a little dated and could do with a new towel rail and bed, but they are livable. It's also in dire need of some new pillows, sheets and duvets plus covers. The chap who showed us around the apartment, Gustavo, was great too. Definitely worth a look and we'd stay again for sure.

Belle appartement. Une belle chambre avec 1 lit 2pers, un canapé lit (idéal pour 2 enfants mais pas 2 adultes. Attention toute fois a la propreté, tenture et vaisselle pas clean, dommage alors que nous sommes obligés de payer 70E de nettoyage.Sinon la situation est idéale pour découvrir cette magnifique ville. Centre commerciale, boulangerie, métro et plage à proximité. Merci à Gustavo pour ces conseils avisés. Ne faites pas la même erreur que moi, gardez le même numéro de téléphone que sur l'inscription, j'au eu la peur de ma vie. Une fois arrivée sur place, il n'y eu personne et impossible de contacter carlos. Heureusement il nous répondit au troisieme coup de fils.

Schön gelegene Wohnung
Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen und gepflegten Wohngebiet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle in die Innenstadt liegt etwa 5 min, die Metrostation " Bogatell" etwa 7 min. entfernt. Tip: In der Metrostation ein T 10 Ticket für 9,95€ kaufen. Damit hat man 10 Fahrten. Einzelne Tickets sind teuerer. Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben. Geschirr ist etwas knapp. So muss man öfter aufwaschen. Eine Geschirrspülmaschine ist vorhanden. Wir haben diese nicht benutzt. Kaffeemaschine und Pad-Maschine sind ebenfalls vohanden.Das WLAN ist schnell und stabil. Im TV keine deutschen Kanäle, wir haben das nicht vermisst. Die Terrasse ist sehr praktisch. Von dort geht es über eine verschlossene Pforte zum Pool. Die Übergabe hat geklappt und Gustavo hat uns gut eingewiesen. Leider war die Wohnung nicht besonders gut gereinigt. Der Boden war schmutzig, auch das Bad. Die Vorhänge hätten eine Wäsche dringend nötig. Trotz der kleinen Mängel können wir die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Appartement très sympa bien équipé sauf la chambre ou il manque 1 volet et comme ça donne côté route bruit et lumière tôt le matin. Jolie terrasse quidone sur la piscine. Plage et commerce à proximité et métro à 300m donc très bon séjour. Accueil très sympathique 1 peu dur pour se faire comprendre vu l anglais de la personne qui nous a accueilli mais bon ont y arrive. Jolie attention dans le frigo bouteille d'eau et 1 bouteille de vin pétillant c était super sympa et très agréable merci encore pour le cadeau.

Fantastic apartment, spacious enough for 4 people with loads of room spare for relaxation! Very accommodating and welcoming host, worth every penny for the 7-nights we spent there. We loved being on the ground floor, conveniently having an early morning dip in the pool, with it being a mere few metres from the backdoor of the apartment. Ideal location if you want to spend time at the beach (5-minute walk), and walkable to city centre. Nearest metro station is only 10-minute walk away as well. Cannot rate this apartment high enough!

Appartement idéalement situé tout près des plages et du port, accessible facilement avec le bus ou le métro. Le logement est bien équipé avec une terrasse ensoleillée et avec un accès à la piscine en co-propriété. La personne qui a fait notre entrée était très sympathique, elle nous a donné des plans et des adresses utiles. Les couchages correspondaient à nos attentes et bien suffisants pour 3 nuits. Un séjour très agréable et très pratique pour visiter Barcelone !

Lovely pool (heated) and shady position so never seemed too hot. Very nice flat with two sofa beds for the kids. Only thing was the master bed was rather hard! and not much bed linen available but otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Also we were not aware we had to pay the breakage deposit in cash on the first day but thought that would be taken off the card. And we were promised that we could leave our cases in the room a few hours after checkout allowing us to chill for a couple of hours before our taxi rind to our late afternoon flight. When we checked out we were told we couldn't do this any more leaving us without plans and on the pavement with our cases. We bought another train ticket and went to the airport early as there is little else you can do trailing your cases around with you. 5 mins to shopping centre, less than 10 mins to Bogatell metro and 10 mins to beach. Check out the Bicing scheme before you go if you want to cycle around the cit
