The perfect place to stay in Barcelona
The apartment was perfect for us. It is comfortable, kept immaculately clean, felt very safe, and everything you would need is provided. The area is very nice and chilled with easy access to everything you would want, lots of nice places nearby to eat/drink and a cool beach a short walk away. Alex and Daniela are lovely hosts who did everything they could for us and answered all our messages quickly and clearly. Stay here for a great base to explore Barcelona!

EXCELLENTE RÉSERVATION
Je pense ne pas être originale l appartement est très spacieux et idéalement situé. LA plage est à 3 minutes à pied, un centre commercial avec Supermarché au rez de chaussé, une très bonne boulangerie au pied de l'immeuble. BIen que dans une grande avenue près de la plage aucun bruit, très bien équipé, comme à la maison, tout le nécessaire est à disposition café thé huile etc etc lave linge et sèche linge, un parking dans L immeuble plus qu'interessant. La climatisation, élément important en plein mois d'août, fonctionne à merveille. Très bien situé SAGRADA très proche, Zoo tout à côté ... Que dire de plus si ce n est L excellent accueil de la très sympathique DANIELA qui était au petit soin. Nous y reviendrons très certainement.

Great location
The apartment is in a great location, conveniently located near the beach, grocery store, restaurants, and the city. Everything is within walking distance or easy access from train or bus to the center of the city. Balcony was a big plus. However the apartment can use a fresh coat of paint. The linens and towels were old and poor quality. I went to buy a set of sheet for my bed. Barcelona is full of life at night! Great place if you are young and want to have fun.

Fantastic apartment in fantastic location
Brilliant apartment really clean and fantastic location. We were four middle aged ladies and fantastic visiting city or beach or both. However the apartment is so well serviced with baby equipment it would suit families too. Owner Alex and wife Danni so helpful. We would recommend to anyone and We will be back

Perfectly located
We really struck lucky with this. Well equipped and spacious apartment in a quiet mostly residential area. Fantastic bakery below and commercial centre opposite with shops. Ok it is in a modern residential block and not as charming as other options we viewed but only 5 minutes away from the sea front and harbour with lots if bars , restaurants as well as the wonderful beach. The metro was also very close by si after a day of doing the sites it was the perfect spot to retreat to. A word on the owners who made us welcome and helped us settle.

Muy buen alojamiento muy amplio, bien ubicado a 1 cuadra de la playa, con supermercado cerca y la atención de los dueños espectacular!!. La comodidad de la casa es pensada para vivir muy bien y el toque del balcón para tomar una cervecita a la noche ideal!!. Sin dudarlo volveremos.!!

"Excelente, volveremos"
Fue nuestra primera experiencia en Barcelona, por lo que la ubicación del departamento fue muy positivo, tiene líneas de buses a 50 Mt,que te conectan con todo. Barrio muy seguro, con supermercado al frente, panadería y confitería exquisita, abajo del departamento. La playa a 150 mt, con muchas opciones para comer. Departamento completísimo, wiffi muy veloz y de largo alcance. Muchas Gracias a Alex y Daniela, nos permitieron pasar unas vacaciones inolvidables.

Appartement parfait pour un séjour inoubliable
De retour de Barcelone où nous avons passé une semaine idéale. Pas grand chose de plus à dire par rapport aux avis existants : l'appartement est nickel, grand, très bien équipé. Le centre commercial de l'autre côté de la route est très pratique. La plage est à 3 min à pied et le métro à 5 min. Quartier calme, idéal pour les familles Clim, place de parking, lits confortables avec draps et serviettes fournis ... Alex et son épouse sont adorables Et Barcelone est vraiment une ville extraordinaire

Excellent location, great service and value for money.
Fantastic location by the beach, and very close to all attractions. Walking distance to las ramblas and la Sagrada Familia. Lots of space and very clean. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Bakery downstairs with delicious and cheap goods. Definitely recommend for families and groups.
