great place to enjoy our vacation
We stayed at this apartment for two weeks for a vacation with my wife and two kids and the whole experience was great... Pablo is a very kind person that was always available to help us with any question and problem we might have. The apartment is spacious and well decorated and the location is excellent... you are just a couple of subway stations away from the historic center and you have plenty of places for coffee, dinner or shopping around. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent apartment, superb location
We stayed here in July (2 parents, 2 teen children) and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Pablo, the owner, was very welcoming. He had a basket of fruit for us in the kitchen and had stocked the refrigerator with some basic supplies. The wi-fi connection worked well. It was great having a washing machine in the apartment; when we left Madrid for Morocco we had plenty of clean clothes. The apartment is about three blocks from the Alonso Martinez metro station and two blocks from Plaza de Colon, so access to the metro system was easy. Pablo gave us good recommendations for places to eat in the neighborhood and in other parts of Madrid, and about day trips. He even had helpful suggestions for traveling in Morocco. The apartment was perfect for our needs and we would love to go back.

Best Summer Vacation in Madrid
We stay for 15 days in Spain, I recommend this apartment to all my friends, the location is perfect you can go walking to every place, the metro is 5 min. from the apartment Corte Ingles is like 30 min. walking, is in one of the best areas of Madrid and is very safe. Pablo had food in the refrigerator for us because we where arriving late so we have something to eat for breakfast the next day and when we left he help us with the reservations of a taxi to the airport.

great apartment with a good location
I stayed in the apartment for one week and it was great.
Pablo set up up with some food and fresh bread and showed us around the apartment Very comfortable and quiet 2 bedroom apartment with a well equipped kitchen. There is television and stereo, which has a USB connection to use and charge your devices.
The apartment is close to the Metro line and is a 10 minute ride from the Plaza Mayor area and a 10 minute walk from the Chueca district. Also, there is a bus from the Plaza Colon, a 5 minute walk, that takes one to the Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofia galleries.

charming tastefully decorated central though peacfull
the charming tastefully decorated apartment is central located in the Chambari near Chueca bario. only 150 m. from the nearest excellent line metro Alonso Martinez station. Though it is central located near all the tourist attractions it is surprisingly quiet peaceful and relaxing. you may not use the fully equipped kitchen due to the fact that many bars cafeterias and restaurants are near by.
the owner deserves any compliment written here. he is multilingual and that could help you perfectly planning your visit to Madrid. he agreed willingly when asked for late check- out and that was the perfect dessert to the warm welcoming you got while arriving.

Neat place, great location, helpful owner
The apartment is on a quiet street near a number of embassies, but is only a block off one of the "main drags." If you like walking to explore, many museums, monuments, parks, etc are all a very pleasant walk away; access to the metro is only a block away if you are not a walker. The neighborhood and building felt very safe.
Pablo provides extra-ordinary customer service! The kitchen was stocked with basics in the fridge (milk, juice, soda, eggs, butter and yogurt), he had coffee and a variety of teas, a large bowl full of fruit, a cabinet full of spices...and even fresh garlic, onion and ginger. Have rented a lot of places and never experienced such a generous kitchen! Pablo's apartment is next door, which made checkin and clearing up any questions all very easy. When i sort of broke the stove, he cheerfully fixed it at 10pm:-) He offered to call a taxi for my trip to airport, something I had been worried about as I know only the most basic phrases of Spanish.
The apartment is clean, bright and comfortable with lots of warm touches. I traveled alone this time, but would definitely rent the place again if returning to Madrid with my husband. The lofted bed in the 2nd bedroom looked like something kids would really enjoy.

Vacaciones familiares inolvidable en Espa?a
Nuestra estadía en este cómodo y practico apartamiento fue extraordinaria. Nos quedamos 4 días/3 noches en el área exclusiva de la Chueca cerca de la plaza Colón y la localización fue ideal. Fuera del bullicio pero lo suficientemente cerca para llegar a él si quisiéramos. Teníamos al Prado y el parque del Retiro a pasos y los demás museos de interés. Muchos restaurantes buenísimos ( la pasamos muy bien en uno que se llama El Timón donde se tapeó muy bien ). El due?o, Pablo, fue el mejor. Nos recibió muy amablemente y nos orientó sobre el área y nos dio un sin numero de ideas para hacer en nuestro tiempo. También hay supermercado cerca y varios bancos a pasos. Definitivamente fue uno de nuestros sitios favoritos y de los mas recomendados para una estadía perfecta en Madrid.

Truly modern and elegant apartment in a quiet, upscale, safe nei
This apartment was a treat. It had everything we could possibly desire for our 5 days in Madrid. It is located in central Madrid, near restaurants, shops, a paseo, and the metro. It is in a small, elegant apartment with an elevator. It has fast Wi-Fi at no extra charge.
The owner was wonderful and helpful. We really enjoyed talking to him, learning more about Spain and Madrid. He had helpful suggestions and even made restaurant reservations for us as well as securing a taxi for our very early ride to the airport.
The apartment is light, airy and spacious. Both the building and the apartment were very clean. The living room has a sofa bed, chairs, TV and many CDs. The kitchen is equipped with a stove-top, oven, large refrigerator, microwave, utensils and cooking necessities such as spices, olive oil, vinegar, and lots of dishes, glassware, napkins, etc.
The master bedroom has a very comfortable bed as well as closet space, dresser and extra drawers. The master bath has a shower. The second bedroom has a loft bed, a single futon, and a desk and chair. The second bathroom has a tub and a washing machine.
There were extra towels, sheets, and blankets.
The apartment is beautifully decorated with interesting art and modern furniture. We felt very comfortable entertaining an old friend in this lovely apartment. We even took photos of the art and furniture as it was so wonderful.
We loved our 5-day stay in this apartment. If we return to Madrid, we would definitely stay in this apartment again. We really loved everything about this apartment and would not change a thing.

Beautiful apartment and fantastic location
This is a beautiful and spacious apartment with lots of room and every amenity you could possibly need. The location is really good (just a few blocks from parks, museums, restaurants, the metro and the train). Vivianna, the manager, was very friendly and helpful. She showed us where everything was located and even gave us sightseeing advice. I would highly recommend this apartment and I would stay there again.

As described - great location, comfortable, all aminities
Spacious, clean, comfortable,modern. Apt was everything as described. Enjoyed the stay and appreciated Pablo's friendliness and help.
We staywed 9 days, and it became our home.
