Condo/Apartment
Top apartment with an exceptional balcony on the top floor with two terraces and a 360° view a few steps from Piazza di Spagna and Via del Corso. Ideal for a couple for a romantic and unforgettable stay in the eternal city. The neighborhood, Campo Marzio, is the most central in Rome, with the best designer boutiques in the adjacent streets (via Condotti, via delle Carrozze, via Frattina, etc.). The apartment, being a super penthouse, has the best possible location to visit the most famous attractions of the city and a splendid view of Rome. The studio has just been restored and has everything to make your stay pleasant and unforgettable. The apartment has a unique view on Rome thanks to the balcony, calm and silent, and most of all to the terraces (one is a solarium with a solar shower). ...Top apartment with an exceptional balcony on the top floor with two terraces and a 360° view a few steps from Piazza di Spagna and Via del Corso. The studio has just been restored and has everything to make your stay pleasant and unforgettable. The apartment has a unique view on Rome thanks to the balcony, calm and silent, and most of all to the terraces (one is a solarium with a solar shower). So the location and the terraces make this property a unique piece in itself, it is rare if not impossibile in Rome to find something like that especially in the historical centre. Moreover, the apartment is new inside and very stylish. The fact that is located in the most central and beautiful neighborhood of Rome is an advantage also in terms of visiting all the main points of interest of the city of Rome. The flat is located in the best area of Rome between Piazza di Spagna and Via del Corso, no need of taking crowded buses or any other mean of transport, you are two steps away of all the main attractions in Rome. The area is full of restaurant among them you will find the best pizzeria of Italy, Sorbillo, you can also visit some vegan or vegetarian places, one of the best 10 vegetarian restaurant in the world is nearby, the Arancia Blue. The balcony and the terraces make the flat a unique piece in the world being the neighborhood Campo Marzio a Unesco site. From the terraces you can enjoy not only a glass of good Italian wine but also enjoy an awesome view over the roofs of Rome, at the far distance you can see the horses of the 'writing machine' (Altare della Patria) of Piazza Venezia and also the beautiful terraces and plants of the historic and legendary Hotel Plaza Rome. The beauty of the place is just unique with the terraces full of Jasmine flowers, we had the chance to have a caper plant also spontaneously growing on the wall and a beautiful palm with a red oleander, bouganville, ect. Downstairs two lemon trees will make the air you breath much more enjoyable.More

About the neighbourhood
Campo Marzio is ideal for those who do not want to take means of transport and for those who love to buy. In this UNESCO-protected district you can find everything, antiques, objects of Italian designers for the home or sophisticated luxury boutiques. In Piazza di Spagna for example, just 200 meters away, home to the most famous luxury boutiques, prestigious brands both Italian and foreign. Submit del Babuino is Via Margutta, one of the places made famous by the film Roman Holiday. The street has numerous antique shops and art and interior design galleries. Towards the west, however, there is Via dei Condotti, also here there are numerous shops of great fashion designers, perhaps among the best streets in Italy in this sense if not the best
Getting around
Taking a walk through Campo Marzio is extremely easy, the neighborhood is well connected to every part of the rest of Rome, both by public transport and on foot. For example, on foot you can reach Prati, the rest of the historic center and Villa Borghese very easily. The public transport system of Rome also, or the ATAC, is connected with any part of Rome one wants to go, by bus, tram and subway. Buses 81, 119, 117, 88, 495, 490, 628, M connect Campo Marzio with the rest of the historic center, with the Vatican, with the Prati district, with Parioli, Pinciano and via Nomentana, with the Termini and Tiburtina and with the Testaccio district. Tram 2 connects Campo Marzio with the Auditorium and the Olimpico and Flaminio stadiums in just a few
