The apartment is on three levels with entrance, living area and bathroom on the ground floor, and two rooms on separate mezzanine, with a maximum height of about 185 cm., each reachable by two different stairs. One basement with kitchen and bathroom accessible by a dedicated staircase. The entrance to the apartment is completely independent. The perfect accommodation for an unforgettable roman experience, deep in the heart of Rome, full of atmosphere, a few steps from the beautiful and famous Navona Square. All major attractions (Pantheon, Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, Navona Square, St. Peter’s Basilica, the Colosseum etc.) are at walking distance as well as the closest public transports, taxi station (at 2 minutes walking from the apartment). During the spring / summer you'll easily reach several seaside town by public transport in about 40/50 minutes. So we suggest you to visit Ostia Lido, with its long sandy beaches (nearby you can admire the impressive ruins of Ostia Antica), Anzio and the ruins of the magnificent Villa of Nero, Neptune with its charming medieval old town. The kitchen is comfortable and full equipped. It consists of a large work surface, 4 electric induction cooker, microwave oven, fridge. Guests will find everything they need to cook (pots, pans, dishes, placemats,coffeepot,toaster,glasses...) and some basic items (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, coffee, tea, chamomile...). The apartment is also equipped with washing/dryer machine, iron and vacuum cleaner. The bathrooms are provided with shower, sink, wc and bidet; guests will find hairdryer, shampoo, soaps and towels. The equipment is completed with self heating, air conditioning, internet connection and Sky Tv. The perfect location and the good value quality/price of the apartment will make pleasant and unforgettable your stay in Rome. Once in Rome we will be happy to welcome you and give you further advices to make your stay unforgettable in our beautiful “eternal city”. We look forward to seeing you in Rome! Please note: there are stairs in the apartment. 6 steps up to the sleeping areas 8 steps to the basement where the kitchen and 2nd bathroom are located. This is a private apartment (without reception) and it is very important to make detailed arrangements on the meeting time at the apartment to avoid long waits on the street and us unnecessary long waits in the apartment. As it is possible to know in advance if a train or flight is delayed, guests are asked to inform us of further delays before departure, to allow us to manage in a timely manner and avoid unnecessary long waits in the apartment.
