Excellent location, perfect for two! We’ve traveled throughout Italy over several weeks and this was one of our favorite stays. Francesco was wonderful, communication about arrival and departure was timely and clear. The apartment location was centrally located, an easy walk to sites, shopping and great food! The apartment had all the amenities we needed with air conditioning for bedroom and living area, a huge plus when traveling in July. We had a very comfortable stay, and it’s always worth mentioning, the bed was very comfortable too!

The location of the flat was conducive to seeing the Duomo and access to Milan central sites. However, the property manager who was my onsite contact (Antonia), was not welcoming and in fact caused me additional anxiety after already having a difficult travel day to Milan. I had communicated via email and phone with Francesco, (who was polite and responsive) that I was delayed due to transportation issues. Upon my arrival at 20:00 I was met with anger regarding my “late” arrival despite the fact I had communicated my situation. The property manager actually scolded me because my husband was not with me and did not want to allow me in the flat. Also during my arrival, she wanted to know when I was leaving as they had other guests checking in behind me! Welcome to Milan…NOT! The apartment itself was comfortable but I would not stay there again due to the poor hospitality of the property manager.

Prior to arrival all communication with Francesco was prompt and efficient, apartment was even better than we expected and Antonia was the sweetest and made check in and out a breeze! The location of this apartment was in the coolest neighborhood and everything well exceeded our expectations! Even my mother in law was highly impressed with the cleanliness of this unit. Highly recommend!!!

Location en tous points conforme pour l'équipement, 4ème étage avec ascenseur, dans une jolie petite rue très calme. Situation remarquable en plein centre de Milan, tout à 15 minutes à pied : Duomo, Scala, Pinacotera di Brera, Castello Sforzesco. Plusieurs lignes de métro à proximité, un marchand de légumes à 50 m et un Franprix à 300 m. A recommmander vivement pour un séjour touristique de quelques jours à Milan.

Wij verbleven van 5 tm 8 december. Net huisje met prima voorzieningen , Dicht bij hartje Milaan en station Cardoma voor aankomt en vertrek van en naar Malpensa. Mag qua indeling frisser opgeknapt worden. EN bij aankomst plofte we op de bank met een enorme stofwolk tot gevolg. Nadere inspectie ook de stoelen en hebben niet onder bed gedurfd te kijken. Dat MOEST gewoon echt schoner. De moeder van de eigenaar opnieuw erbij gehaald om daar op te wijzen. Teleurstellend haar reactie dat op onze vertrekdag uitgebreid schoon gemaakt zou worden ivm volgende bezoeker die er 2 maanden zou blijven.... Ik had dat als klant nu graag voor mij verwacht. Voelde mij een tweede rangs huurder wel voor de eerste rang prijs. Mijn partner had deze 3 dagen rode ogen en ik een stofallergie. Of we de koffers zondag even konden laten staa.n was niet mogelijk maar ook niet nodig zei ze. Alle winkels zouden toch dicht zijn. Er was toch niets te beleven op 8 december.... Integendeel, alle winkels gewoon open. De gastvrijheid mocht echt beter.

C'était notre 3ème séjour à Milan, et nous avons enfin trouvé l'appartement où nous reviendrons sans hésiter : calme, bien situé, bien équipé, moderne et confortable. La cuisine est petite mais on ne s'en est pas servie :-) salle de douche très spacieuse. Belle pièce à vivre lumineuse avec vue sur les toits. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

We had an outstanding visit to Milan and our stay at Antonia and Francesco’s apartment. The location is excellent-an easy walk to restaurants, museums, shopping and other sites. The hosts are terrific-very helpful with recommendations and suggestions. We would definitely return. Merilyn and Robert

Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage, man ist zu Fuss sehr schnell am vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Milano. Dir Wohnung ist im obersten Stockwerk und somit hat man ein bisschen eine Sicht über die Dächer. DieWohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Bei meinem Aufenthalt hatte es jedoch sehr sehr viele Moskitos in der Wohnung und es roch nach frischer Farbe, obwohl die Vermieterin mir gesagt hat sie hätten nicht gestrichen.
