The apartment is on the first (second for USA) floor of a typical Venetian house, completely renovated, equipped with heating, air conditioning, FREE WIFI perfectly working: living room, two bedrooms, bathroom. The living room and one of the bedrooms overlook a canal and the Arsenale's wall, the second bedroom a large courtyard. The living room is spacious, with kitchenette, sofa, table and chairs, satellite TV. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second one two single beds. The bathroom is provided with sink, shower, toilet, bidet, hair dryer, washing machine. Fantastic host, wonderful location

About the neighbourhood

The apartment is situated in the popular district of Castello, near the Arsenale of Venice: quiet area, typical Venetian atmosphere, far from the crowds of mass tourism. In the neighborhood you can find supermarkets and small quaint shops: bakery, grocery, butcher, tobacconist, greengrocer, winery, etc. Due to its excellent location the apartment has great accessibility, so you won't have difficulty to stroll around the city: San Marco Square, Rialto, the Arsenal, the art exhibition “Biennale” are 10-15 minutes walk away.

Getting around

The waterbus stops of the ACTV public transport are few minutes walk away. From here you can easily get to the airport, the car terminal Piazzale Roma, the train station, the islands of the Venetian lagoon: Murano, Burano, Torcello, Lido.
