There is an ample double bedroom that faces the Grand Canal with ensuite bathroom, a second double bedroom with ensuite bathroom that is connected through a corridor to a smaller guest bedroom (equipped with a comfortable twin/double sofa bed) with ensuite bathroom, and a fourth double bedroom served by a luxurious forth bathroom toward the back of the house. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped (large fridge, oven, kettle, Italian and American coffee maker, dishwasher, 4-burner stove). This exclusive apartment is laid-out on more than 300 square meters, granting full privacy and comfort to 6 people but it can host up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The rental fee on the apartment page is for maximum 6 people whereas a 10% surcharge will be applied if 7 or 8 people will be staying. We can offer a 10% price reduction if no more than 2 guests stay at this property. It includes amenities such as air-conditioning in every room, high speed internet connection, modern appliances and maid/waitressing service on request. Perfect view - perfect location - perfect organisation

With the water-taxi you can anchor direktly in front of the location. Basic equipment (like mineral water, salt etc.) existet already. Most attractions are all located within easy walking distance.
